Community Transport Driver and Administration Officer Bungree Aboriginal Association – Gosford NSW Location: Central CoastEmployment type: Casual Hours : Approximately 30 hours per week Are you a reliable and caring professional who enjoys supporting older people to stay connected with their community? We're looking for a Transport and Administration Officer to join our Community Transport Services team. This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition to permanent part-time employment based on performance and service needs. About Us: Bungree's Community Transport Services offers transport services for our elders, ageing, people with a disability and to people who are transport disadvantaged. Bungree's Community Transport services key objectives are to assist our community to take part on activities that promote inclusion and to obtain goods and services required for daily living including shopping for groceries, medical services and other essential services if eligible. About the Role: In this role, you'll play an important part in helping our clients maintain their independence by providing safe, friendly, and punctual transport services. You'll also support the program with general administrative tasks and data management. Your key responsibilities will include: Transporting clients safely and on time to their destinations Providing exceptional customer service with a warm, respectful approach Maintaining accurate client records and files Entering and updating data in the client management system Completing contractual reporting and documentation requirements Assisting with the transport schedule and conducting client assessments (Cert III required) Qualifications Current NSW Driver's Licence (unrestricted) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Administrative skills including use and accurately entering information onto systems, databases and the portal Strong communication and organisational skills Friendly, professional manner and commitment to client safety and wellbeing Australian work rights are required for this position A Certificate III Individual Support or willing to obtain, will be highly regarded.
