It’s a jump-in-both-feet, make-six-figures, leave-a-mark kind of job. MetaWeb is on a tear. They build websites, portals, and automation platforms for Australian businesses who are finally realising how far behind they are. We help them catch up. Then we help them leap ahead. We’re hiring a new BDM to own their territory. You’ll be pounding pavement, knocking on doors, dropping into businesses, running outbound plays, and closing your own deals. It’s full-cycle, full-on, and fully yours to shape. Here’s what makes this role different: You’ll sell digital solutions that businesses actually want: custom websites, CRMs, automations, digital marketing, and tech that makes them money. You’ll work across multiple business units, which means more products to sell, more doors to open, and more ways to win. You’ll have uncapped commission. And that’s not recruiter fluff. Some of our reps are pulling $100K in commission alone . They don’t cap what you sell. If the fuel’s in the tank, we’ll back you to go. You’ll get proper training. Two weeks of field and desk support to learn the products, the pitch, and how to hit quota. At your basic monthly target, you'd be bringing in at least $120k-$140k OTE. But there's already evidence that you can go much higher. Of a current team of 12 reps, all 12 are making good $$ on comms.
