(2 co-owners are electricians and have 15 years each in solar and want to teach the right person) 8 in house Electricians and counting. That means when you sell something, it gets installed properly… every time. What You’ll Be Working With Inbound leads only — website, digital channels, referrals, AI-assisted booking No cold calling No door-to-door Face-to-face site inspections with warm, qualified prospects Fuel card provided OTEs of $2,000/week for strong closers A large pipeline of work — we’re busier than ever What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience Demonstrated closing ability Experience quoting or using platforms like Pylon (or willingness to learn) Someone who values integrity and wants to sell quality systems A consultative approach, not high-pressure tactics Ambition — especially if you want a career path into leading your own sales team Future Growth (Multiple Roles Available) For the right person, this role can grow into: Sales Team Leader Team-building opportunities A bigger role within the business as we continue to scale If you want to sell top-tier systems for a company that backs you with quality, support, and a strong reputation — instead of leaving you to make excuses for poor installs — we’d love to talk.
