Manager, Field Services – Parramatta, NSW – Full‑time SS&C Technologies provides information processing and computer software services and products for financial markets, customer management, professional services, and output solutions. Our Australian operations support alternative investments, asset and wealth management, banking and lending, insurance, and real estate industries. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, end‑user equipment, video conferencing and network issues. Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security. Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non‑technical personnel. Recommend hardware and software solutions, including acquisitions and upgrades. Participate in IT and infrastructure development projects. Conduct training programs for basic and specialized applications. Lead and supervise a small team of field technicians across multiple sites. Coordinate departmental activities and advise cross‑functional teams. Supervise inventory and AV/VC delivery for Parramatta site. Qualifications Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or High School with 8+ years. Proven leadership in technical support and infrastructure delivery. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Ability to make decisions within company policy to meet business objectives. Experience establishing procedures and recommending policy changes.
