The company is based in Sydney and has a friendly, collaborative team culture. The Role This role is initially a temp position but very strong possibility of going permanent after the 3 months. As the Customer & Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. You will also own the order process from purchase order submission through to delivery, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels Maintain the CRM database and provide QA reporting and replacement part processing Communicate with the 3PL warehouse to coordinate order workflow and meet customer SLAs Provide backup support to the Customer Service and Fulfillment Manager as required Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer service Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to work with ERP and CRM systems Exposure to EDI processes and order fulfillment workflows Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Opportunities for career development and training Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home Supportive and inclusive team environment Access to employee discounts and other perks Contact For a confidential discussion about this role or to explore your next career move, please contact Hugh Morris at ****@millerleith.com.au or call ***. #J-18808-Ljbffr
