Specifically, a Customer Onboarding & Verification Specialist who won't be boxed in by job title * Part time (three days) and Full time opportunities available* You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering this new division by managing the full spectrum of onboarding and risk operations. This includes creating a secure and seamless onboarding experience, performing KYC and ID verification, supporting fraud and scam investigations, and ensuring AML/CTF compliance. You'll also collaborate with teams across the Bank to protect customers and maintain a strong culture of trust and transparency. What matters Experience in customer onboarding, KYC/KYB, screening, or operational processing in banking or financial services Familiarity with screening tools and processes (e.g., PEP, sanctions, adverse media). Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Customer service experience across digital platforms is highly desirable Ability to deal with ambiguity and make informed decisions without always having all of the necessary information Imagine the lovechild of a fintech startup and a big four bank Whilst we're starting from scratch, we're doing it with the backing of a tech platform that works (the same tech that fuelled Starling Bank's success in the UK) and the financial muscle of AMP's 175 year heritage.
