This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example — whether that’s closing a sale, supporting a member on their fitness journey, or ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day. Your day will include: Driving membership growth and achieving sales KPIs Actively generating leads, referrals, and community outreach opportunities Engaging with members to boost retention and re-ignite inactive memberships Promoting health, fitness, and club activities on social media Managing daily operations to keep the club professional, welcoming, and vibrant Inspiring your team and contributing to a high-performance, positive culture About You We’re looking for someone who’s as enthusiastic about fitness as they are about business growth. You’re a natural leader with strong sales skills, who thrives in a people-first, high-energy environment. You’ll bring: 1–2 years sales experience (fitness industry experience a bonus) Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach Passion for health, fitness, and living an active lifestyle Outstanding people skills with the ability to inspire and influence Confidence using social media (Instagram & Facebook) to promote and engage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Solid admin, organisational, and process-driven skills Availability across a Monday–Saturday roster Extra skills that set you apart: Business-savvy mindset with focus on best practice operations Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly professional presentation and work ethic Natural ability to build connections with anyone Why Anytime Fitness?
