ads_click Customer Service / Operations Officer (Afternoon Shift) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: In Office – Prestons NSW Start Time: 3:00pm – 11:00pm / Monday to Friday Position Overview The Customer Service / Operations Officer plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Prestons Depot. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities Conduct driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork is complete and documents are submitted correctly Update clients regarding delivery status and respond to queries in a timely manner Monitor the operations inbox, responding to or directing enquiries to the appropriate team member Scan and index Proof of Deliveries (PODs), Pallet Dockets into 2IC, and Timesheets into the system Provide administrative support to the Operations Coordinators as required Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain clear and effective communication Conduct data entry and ensure ongoing data integrity across operational systems Perform reception and general office administration duties for the depot Skills & Attributes Adept and confident with high volume scanning / data entry Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems Previous experience using 2IC is highly regarded A proactive and collaborative attitude Application Information To apply, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on SEEK or email your resume with the job title in the subject line to Due to high application volumes, we are unable to accept phone inquiries regarding individual application status.
