About the Role As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of clinic operations — from patient experience and team leadership to workflow optimisation and business performance. You’ll ensure the Burnside clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine care for both patients and staff. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and developing the clinical and front office teams. Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, chairside support, and clinical compliance. Managing rosters, recruitment, performance, and training. Driving operational and commercial performance to meet clinic goals.
