Technical Governance & Compliance Architect Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL) FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Technical Governance & Compliance Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. Responsibilities Ensure products comply with telco regulations (ACMA, MTCO), privacy, and ISO27001 controls. Embed risk controls, audit requirements, and service assurance governance into the lifecycle. Oversee CMDB governance, including naming standards, CI structures, and data lineage. Validate solution architecture for compliance, auditability, operational readiness, and data governance. Identify operational risks across the product lifecycle from design through to BAU. Partner with Risk, Legal, Cyber Security, and Operations to embed controls into BAU. Lead remediation initiatives for regulatory gaps across Managed Network Services and platforms. Key Skills & Experience 8+ years in Networking, Security, Cloud, UC, or SD-WAN domains. Experience governing products in regulated environments (ACMA, MTCO, PSPF, Privacy). Strong understanding of ISO9001/20000 quality and ISO27001/NIST security frameworks. Demonstrated experience in CMDB governance, service modelling, and data integrity. Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and transition-to-operations processes. Ability to identify systemic risk, compliance gaps, and operational impacts.
