We have an exciting opportunity for a Full‑Time Permanent Passenger Services Administration Officer located at the International Terminal You will be providing administrative support to the Sydney Passenger Services Department. Main Accountabilities Accurately input and manage workforce data in Kronos. Process shift swap and giveaway requests in line with department policies. Adjust rosters to cover absenteeism and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communicate required roster changes to staff. Maintain and update daily worksheets and reports, including shift reports and overtime records. Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain proper inventory control and adequate supply. Manage leave requests in accordance with the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), rostering guidelines, and company policies. Adhoc Administration. Qualifications and Experience Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Previous experience in Workers’ Compensation administration is preferred. A proactive, positive, and solutions‑oriented approach to work. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in aviation or a similar operational environment is advantageous but not essential. Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre‑employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
