Who are we looking for? We’re after a Performance Manager who genuinely shines in client relationships – someone confident, organised, and great at understanding what different stakeholders need. You know how to “read the room,” tailor the detail, and turn performance data into clear, practical direction. You’re proactive, strong at building trust, and comfortable guiding an Executive while keeping communication structured and smooth. Technical skills matter, but what really sets you apart is your clarity, composure, and client‑first mindset – with plenty of opportunity to deepen your digital expertise under a highly skilled Performance Director. What will your day‑to‑day look like? Leading client conversations with confidence, clarity and tailored communication Checking in with your Executive, providing guidance and helping prioritise Reviewing performance and planning key optimisations for the day Preparing insights, commentary and recommendations for WIPs and weekly updates Collaborating with the wider team (strategy, data, media) on projects and problem‑solving Reviewing tagging, trafficking or campaign builds to ensure accuracy Briefing new activity and coordinating with internal teams Helping troubleshoot issues and stepping in where needed Keeping documentation tidy, processes followed, and reporting frameworks accurate What will set you up for success? Around 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing Ability to understand stakeholder styles and adjust your approach Solid foundations across paid social and/or paid search Analytical, structured thinking with strong attention to detail Ability to mentor and develop junior talent Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and proactive in solving problems Curious, adaptable, and excited to keep learning – especially as search evolves with AI‑driven changes Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics or A/B testing is a bonus, not a dealbreaker But above all, it’s your curiosity, hunger to learn, and drive to make an impact that will make you successful here.
