Enigma Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australia Senior Performance Media Manager Enigma Media is looking for some amazing new talent to join our Surry Hills media team We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager, to help lead and grow our teams and performance media product. Join a passionate team of 40 media professionals, as you learn and grow within a thriving indie agency. Enigma Media is also part of a 80+ staff full-service agency with media, strategy, branding, design, and production all in-house. We have agencies in Surry Hills and Newcastle (note we are also looking for talent in our Newcastle agency if you are up for a sea change) and our centralised media teams plan and buy all media channels nationally across our diverse client base. The Senior Performance Manager role in our Surry Hills agency will work closely with our media team, helping us deliver a world‑class SEM and overall performance/digital product. The Senior Performance Manager will be required to build strong relationships with our top‑tier clients and provide a high level of service by delivering search solutions that grow their business through performance channels. The role will be hands‑on; be prepared to get your hands dirty working in the ad platforms. The Senior Performance Manager will work at a senior strategic level through to implementation, whilst collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver on the day‑to‑day. The Senior Performance Manager will be responsible for the output of performance‑marketing strategies, with a core skill set and experience working across search‑marketing accounts. The Senior Performance Manager will also train and upskill the team on all things search and on best‑practice performance processes across all digital platforms. We are a media agency that always strives to be the best and offer the best media product. SEM is one of our most important channels, so we want the best search product in the market. We are looking for someone to help us deliver the best performance media product to our clients. Experience: At least 6+ years’ search‑marketing experience Performance media strategy including performance audits, forecasting results and channel and budget recommendations Experience pitching to senior and sophisticated clients Experience with search & overall performance media reporting – analyse data, make optimisation decisions, and clearly articulate results and optimisations to clients Experience using relevant optimisation software Highly analytical disposition and advanced Excel skills Experience in mentoring and training staff on performance media Skills: A thorough understanding of all performance ad platforms and bid‑management tools e.g. Ads Manager, SA360, DV360 Google and Bing accredited A master of Google Analytics A thorough understanding of the back end of a website to set up tracking and conversion goals Problem solving & critical thinking Effective communication and presentation skills Highly productive Pitch fit and a confident presenter Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industry: Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enigma by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
