We’re looking for a Performance Media Manager. Are you a paid search specialist who’s ready to step up and lead campaign performance for major brands? This role sits within Razorfish’s growing Performance Media team, supporting one of our largest and most exciting accounts. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance across digital channels, working closely with senior leadership to deliver measurable results and strategic recommendations that make a real impact. As a key contact for the client, you’ll manage day-to-day delivery, reporting, and optimisation — while also mentoring and supporting junior members of the team. You’ll be part of a collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking group that loves to test, learn, and innovate. Working as part of a large team, we might spot you: Managing campaign budgets, optimisation, and performance across Paid Search (with exposure to Paid Social and Programmatic). Developing and presenting strategic recommendations and performance insights. Building trusted client relationships and leading regular performance discussions. Supporting and developing one or more direct reports, helping them achieve their goals. Driving innovation through new tools, data-driven insights, and cross-channel collaboration. Some essentials that will help you get the job: 3–5 years’ experience in Performance Media, with strong SEM expertise (experience in Paid Social or Programmatic a plus). Intermediate–advanced knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills — with confidence in client interactions. Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A team-first attitude and natural curiosity for learning and innovation.
