About the Opportunity As our Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end scheduling of support workers across multiple 24/7 SIL homes. This includes ensuring all rosters meet SCHADS Award provisions, NDIS requirements, staff availability, participant needs, and operational demands. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, based at our Mayfield West head office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily and fortnightly rosters for multiple SIL houses. Ensure all shifts are covered in line with SCHADS Award rules (breaks, overtime, penalties, sleepovers, and allowances). Manage unplanned leave, shift changes, cancellations, and emergency coverage. Work closely with Team Leaders, HR, Finance and Operations to ensure staffing consistency. Communicate roster updates promptly to staff. Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policy. Support recruitment by identifying coverage gaps and staffing needs. About You Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strong problem‑solving and communication skills; highly organized, calm under pressure, and can confidently navigate complex rostering requirements. Experience in rostering within disability, community services, aged care, or 24/7 operations. Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award, including penalty rates, overtime, broken shifts, sleepovers, and allowances. Ability to manage short‑notice changes and competing priorities. High attention to detail with strong administrative and IT skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Experience with FlowLogic or similar NDIS rostering/CRM systems. Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and SIL operations. Previous experience in a NDIS provider or residential support environment.
