These items range from full contents estate auctions to smaller industrial auctions, vehicles and more.Additionally the Onsite Auction Sales and Operations Manager is part of our leadership team and will be expected to role model our values, support junior staff and work with the leadership team to ensure ALLBIDS is a fantastic place to work.Selection Criteria - Key skills, experience and capabilities requiredSkills and capabilities required:High attention to detailExperience in sales and customer serviceAbility to build and maintain client relationships.A positive and focused attitudeAbility to operate independently and represent the business.Excellent time management and prioritisation skillsAbility to research and learn independentlyComfortable working on a computer and learning new systems.Qualifications & experience:Ideally have worked in or with the auction industry and understand the process.Strong sales experience in high value assets, machinery, vehicles, or real estateValid Australian drivers’ licenceRole Type
