In This Varied Role, You Will Understand and assess a client’s support needs, confirming functional capability and ensuring staff and leaders have appropriate training to meet those specific needs. Support a culture of person-centred practice which puts clients, families, carers, and guardians at the forefront of everything we do. Provide a customer experience in line with Endeavour Foundation’s values and behaviours, managing day-to-day relationships with clients, their families, and external referral organisations. Foster collaboration with regional site leadership teams, supporting the co‑creating and co‑delivery approach across and within the business. Match clients to life‑changing services that support their goals and aspirations, maximising the usage of individual funding levels. Assist in the development of a relevant pipeline of qualified leads aligned to drive the growth and sustainability of our core customer programme, helping to identify new market opportunities. What You Can Bring To The Team With strong sector knowledge and a passion for creating meaningful impact, you excel at building strong relationships and developing meaningful connections. Your ability to analyse and interpret complex assessments allows you to create comprehensive risk assessments, safety plans, and support strategies that meet individual client needs. You Will Also Have Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a relevant field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the community services sector. Experience analysing support needs and creating comprehensive assessments to maximise client outcomes. Large volume case‑management experience across any relevant support networks is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging and inspiring communication style to leverage further opportunities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate data to drive customer conversion ratios and provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver’s Licence with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
