While prior SaaS or Workday experience is highly preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong foundation in enterprise system implementation and a passion for leading technology-enabled change.You’ll lead end-to-end implementations, partnering with clients to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-centered solutions.What You’ll Be Doing: Ownand drive the delivery of Workdayimplementations , ensuring high-quality outcomes from initiation togo-live.Partnerwith senior stakeholders in HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance acrosscountries to shape and deliver solutions that truly transform how peoplework.Manageall aspects of project execution — timelines, budgets, resources, risks ,and vendor coordination — like a pro.Facilitateengaging design workshops, sprint planning, UAT sessions , and go-livecutovers , making sure every milestone is hit.Actas the bridge between tech and business , ensuring solutions alignwith local compliance and global strategyBringyour voice to the table in governance meetings , offering insightand foresight on delivery performance and continuous improvement. Requirements Who You Are: 8+years of experience managing complex SaaS/IT projectsPrior project management experience with Workday (highly preferred), SuccessFactors orOracle Fusion is highly preferredEnd-to-end implementation experience, with a strong understanding of PM activities, methodology, lifecyle Excellentcommunicator and stakeholder manager — you’re comfortable engagingC-suite, vendors, and delivery teams.Certifiedin PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).Confidentnavigating both Agile and Waterfall environments.
