About Club Active Club Active is Australia’s leading active ageing health and fitness facility. Our gyms are designed exclusively for the over-50s, combining allied health with functional training in a fun, welcoming environment. Our mission is simple — to help people change the way they age. About the Role We’re recruiting for full-time Exercise Physiologists for out Club Active locations on the Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding clinical care, run group coaching classes, and help foster a strong sense of community within the club. You will: Complete assessments and deliver tailored exercise prescriptions Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehab, and longevity goals Build meaningful connections with members to support long‑term adherence and outcomes Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, dietitians, and other health professionals Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community What We Offer Weekly and monthly professional development Monthly development program to improve Clinical Skills Entrepreneurship (for candidates wishing to pursue allied health business) Supportive, team‑based culture with ongoing support Access to modern gym facilities and private consultation spaces Loyal, motivated clients who value your role Career progression within a rapidly growing brand What We’re Looking For ESSA‑accredited Exercise Physiologist Experience working in a gym or allied health setting preferred Confident with both individualised exercise prescription and group-based delivery Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive, professional attitude that adds value to both the team and member experience Passion for working with the over‑50s and promoting preventative health Locations: Multiple Club Active sites across the Gold Coast Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Flexible If you’re ready to be part of a team that’s redefining ageing through evidence‑based movement and connection, we’d love to hear from you.
