Our services include physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage, NDIS support, home visits, and specialised rehab programs. The Role We are seeking a motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team in a flexible part‑time or full‑time capacity. In this role, you will: Provide 1:1 and group‑based exercise therapy across a diverse caseload Work closely with physios, massage therapists, and support teams to deliver holistic care Support a caseload spanning musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, and chronic disease clients Work with NDIS participants, DVA, WorkCover, private clients, and GP referrals Deliver high‑quality treatment, progress reviews, and exercise prescription Contribute to a positive, supportive, patient‑centred clinic environment Have opportunities for home visits, gym‑based rehab, and community sessions About You A degree in Exercise Physiology and current ESSA Accreditation Strong clinical reasoning and an evidence‑based approach A warm, friendly communication style A passion for achieving outcomes and celebrating client wins A love for working in a team and contributing to a supportive culture Current First Aid & CPR Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Driver's licence and reliable vehicle What We Offer A supportive team culture where you feel genuinely valued Above‑award pay with clear growth pathways Flexibility: choose your days, build your ideal caseload Professional development allowance & internal mentorship Opportunities across multiple clinics (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Scenic Rim) Access to gym spaces, Pilates, hydrotherapy (where available) All admin & marketing support so you can focus on clients A fun, uplifting work environment where your ideas matter Locations We have opportunities across our clinics in: Beaudesert | Canungra | Burleigh Waters | Oxley | Ormeau | Ashmore | Home visit options.
