Events & Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader and Chief of Research & Communications, this role coordinates both in-person and virtual events and executes digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This hybrid role involves 2–3 days in our Kogarah, NSW office (usually Wednesdays), offering flexibility and hands-on collaboration with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and lead generation. Manage website content and maintain directory listings. Create and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters for patients and healthcare professionals. Event Coordination Plan and deliver education events, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and staff events. Source venues, manage event logistics, coordinate promotion, and liaise with speakers and suppliers. Attend events, manage materials, registrations, budgets, and post-event reporting. Support international events and Lunch & Learn programs for health professionals. Stakeholder Engagement & Administration Collaborate with internal teams, clinicians, and external partners. Manage marketing collateral, promotional items, and branding compliance. Support marketing help desk requests and maintain relationships with associations. About You Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management. Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or event coordination. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency with digital platforms (social media, email marketing tools, CRM systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player with initiative, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail. What We Offer A supportive, close-knit marketing team.
