Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) Meet & greet passengers like they’re VIPs (because they are). Be the human GPS – wayfinding, guiding, and problem‑solving on the fly. Provide wheelchair assistance with care, dignity, and a smile. Keep queues moving and stress levels low. Jump into ad‑hoc tasks to keep the airport experience seamless. What You Bring to the Crew Possibly language(s) in addition to English. Reliability, presentation, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude. Customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, tourism, or events a plus). Physical fitness to handle luggage up to 32kg (for baggage handling shifts). A knack for making people feel at ease.
