Overview This position delivers high standard community nursing services consistent with Primary Health Care and interdisciplinary practice. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with clients, carers, peers and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Accepts responsibility for own actions and is accountable for own practice. Responsibilities Provide community nursing services in alignment with Primary Health Care principles. To Be Successful You Will Have Eligible for registration in the category of Registered nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
