In this role, you'll Lead the professional standards and investigations teams with a focus on Fraud and Corruption within the People Operations Division of the Professional Integrity unit. Ensure effective service delivery, providing expert risk and welfare‑considered case resolution options and sound guidance on workforce behaviour standards, investigations, and issues. Handle worker Fraud and Corruption conduct cases—including investigations—effectively, aligning with principles of procedural fairness, risk mitigation, resolution protocols, legal obligations, and enterprise standards. Develop and implement strategies, systems and frameworks that promote ethical professional practices. Champion ethical workplace practices and drive enterprise‑wide professional integrity across the organisation. Manage the relationship with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). About You Leadership in professional integrity and workplace conduct, with a background in professional integrity, HR compliance, or employment law. Expert understanding of Fraud and Corruption legislation and demonstrated experience. Proven track record of leading teams through sensitive matters and navigating complex environments with confidence and integrity. Experience applying a holistic lens to professional investigations, ensuring fair, thorough, and legally sound outcomes. Deep experience in stakeholder engagement and management, with strong influencing skills to drive results and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership.
