Sales Design Consultant – Luxury Furniture ?? Sydney | Part-Time (Friday to Tuesday, 34 hours per week) | Salary $80,000 + Commission About Our Client Our client is a global leader in luxury furniture, with more than 260 showrooms across 60+ countries. Renowned for working with world-class designers and Haute Couture fashion houses, they offer an exclusive range of made-to-order furniture collections – each crafted with exceptional detail and customisation in European workshops. The Opportunity They are now seeking a Sales Design Consultant to join their Sydney showroom. This role is about much more than sales – it's about understanding client needs, delivering personalised design solutions, and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and creativity. What You'll Be Doing Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients and presenting exclusive furniture collections. Prepare mood boards and design proposals tailored to client needs. Guide customers through the full sales process – from first consultation through to order follow-up and after-sales service. Drive sales in a luxury environment, building long‑term client relationships. Work collaboratively under the guidance of the Store Manager to deliver outstanding service. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in high‑end furniture or luxury showroom sales (essential). Strong design interest with proven ability to use interior design software. Proficiency in SketchUp is required. A passion for interiors, designer furniture, and art. Impeccable presentation, with a proactive, creative, and customer‑first mindset. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client needs. Full Australian working rights.
