Our newly created positions of Talent & Development and Deployment Partner based in Lisbon, Portugal are unique opportunities to truly deliver and shape on our global People Strategy.The opportunityAs a Talent & Development and Deployment Partner, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools.Due to exception growth we have several vacancies within our high performing team which is based in Lisbon but spanning all countries across Europe and Africa.You will specialize in either Onboarding Products for Office Worker or Frontline Workers. Alternatively in Performance and Talent Management products or Communications within a highly progressive T&D arena.Your responsibilities of these roles would include, but not limited to:Coordinate the smooth deployment of the entire lifecycle of Onboarding / Performance and Talent or Communications Products.Intensive stakeholder management from employees, leaders, HR professionals and product designers ensuring that everyone knows what to do, when, how and why in relation to your specific product.Attending alignment calls with other T&D Partners across the globe to ensure standard and uniformed deployment approach,Seek out feedback and share this information with product designers seeking constant improvement.Present your product, communicate pertinent information and act as a specialist sparring partner with others.Perform deep analysis of product saturation providing information against which decisions can be made.We OfferWe offer you exciting career opportunities with an international reach and exposure. Facilitation & drive of strong Talent and development agenda according to our global Talent Philosophy.Clarity & Agility by training and communicating material related to Talent & Development in an agile way supporting employees and business needs.What we are looking forAs for the skill set and experience, we are looking for:Experience either leading or participating in large product deployment projects (in or out of HR)”Vast and contemporary experience within one of the following disciplines -: Onboarding (office based); Onboarding (frontline workers); Performance and Talent Management; Communications management within the T&D arena.Passion, curiosity and application around talent and developmentIntensive Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skillsTeamwork and collaborationProven facilitation skills at various levelsSolution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skillsActive listening with a customer experience mindsetFluency in English (speak/read/write).
