Our people are our greatest asset to deliver on our strategy and help bring confidence to all of life’s property decisions.There is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead, to take ownership of the design and delivery of our talent attraction strategy and execution in an exciting transformation of our talent operating model.Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organisational Development you will lead the Talent Acquisition team as well guide the outcomes of a newly shaped vendor partnership.This will see you:Translate the strategic workforce plans into a consistent and scalable group wide talent acquisition strategy to enable your team’s pipelines and access to talentSupport the best practice sourcing and end to end recruitment through an augmented provider for Domain’s Technology, Product and Data rolesLeverage data and analytics in a scalable manner to optimise recruitment workflows and inform hiring decisions around the key capabilities of candidates internally and externallyEnsuring continuous optimisation of Talent Acquisition systems and processes to enable best practice leader and candidate experience and produce meaningful talent insights for Domain GroupWho are you?The ideal candidate willHave worked in a variety of Talent Acquisition Operating Models and have an understanding of what good looks like and how lead teams to deliver excellence to our stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that drive organisational outcomesProficiency in data analysis for leveraging recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness and performance of talent acquisition strategiesExperience creating deep alignment with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationPrevious experience supporting a Technology, Product and Data portfolios will be beneficialWe’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you.
