Our business makes the world happier through the love of pets, and our Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of our purpose

We are seeking a like-minded, experienced Talent Acquisition specialist or agency recruiter to join us permanently, to take the lead on ECC veterinary recruitment, delivering against our recruitment objectives. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process.

While recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to veterinary industry professionals from GP, specialty and emergency backgrounds, who are wanting to leverage their strong network within the recruitment space.

An incredibly rewarding and hands-on role, that will work with qualified Vets locally and around the world in a very candidate short market. Partnering with hiring managers from diverse portfolios, to understand their unique hospital needs, styles and cultures in order to find the perfect fit.

Qualifications

Veterinarian, medical or similar hard to fill recruitment/talent acquisition experienceImplementation of effective sourcing and attraction strategies in a candidate short marketHigh level of stakeholder engagement and relationship managementDemonstrated success in managing high volumes of requisitions whilst ensuring candidate care is maintained to our high team standardsExperience working to time critical roles in a candidate short marketMigration knowledge viewed favourablyPrior experience in a 360-degree recruitment or Talent Acquisition role – we are open to either agency or internal, so don’t let that discourage you from applying
