Your New Chapter

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. We're seeking a dynamic team member to join our vibrant team. In this fast-paced role, you'll support our clinics by recruiting veterinarians across Sydney, coordinating university events, and driving graduate recruitment. You'll foster strong relationships with our vet talent pool and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Lead TA Business Partner and clinics to strategically source and place vets for immediate and future needsEngage in headhunting via LinkedIn Projects and Candidate OutreachManage the full recruitment lifecycle for veterinarian hires, optimizing our ATS platformNetwork and build relationships with veterinarians across QueenslandAssist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry eventsEnhance engagement and retention of vets within the businessContribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processesLead graduate recruitment and manage university relationships to ensure that VetPartners is placed as the #1 place for graduates to commence their careersCoordinate events with universities and represent VetPartners at career exposSkills, Attributes, and Experience:

Essential:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentCustomer-focused with a commitment to exceptional serviceStrategic planner with strong organisational skillsConfident communicator with excellent verbal and written skillsAgile and adaptable, with high attention to detailResilient and able to thrive in the recruitment industryCaring and empathetic, supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our teamsDesirable:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Health, medical, or veterinary industry experience is advantageous but not essentialHow To Apply:
