Talent Acquisition Partner - Customer Divisions - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time

Our people are our greatest asset to help us bring confidence to all of life’s property decisions.There is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team and ensure the commercial teams for our customer divisions have the key talent and capabilities required to deliver on our strategy.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead you will deeply understand the capability requirements of the leaders you support and develop recruitment strategies to acquire key talent, coach leaders on effective assessment methodologies to ensure quality internal and external hires - whilst being passionate about the overall candidate experience and amplifying Domain Group’s Employee Value Proposition.This will see you:Deeply understand the strategic direction and capability requirements of your customer group to develop business unit specific talent acquisition and campaign strategiesPartner with People Experience Business Partners and Organisational Capability to proactively anticipate future talent needs based on strategy, industry trends, and workforce planning data. Develop talent acquisition plans and strategies to address anticipated skill gaps and ensure the organisation has the right talent in place to meet its objectivesDeliver quality and timely end to end recruitment for leaders through best practice sourcing and assessment strategiesWho are you?The ideal candidate will have:Worked in a variety of Talent Acquisition Operating Models and have an understanding of what good looks likeStrong commercial acumen with experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support organisational objectivesKnowledge of employer branding principles and strategies for enhancing the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice for key talent and DEI intersectionalitiesProficiency in the use of data and insights to ensure quality hiring outcomes and support decision making for leadersPrevious experience supporting commercial portfolios will be beneficialWe’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you.
