Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.Come and be a part of this success.Join our global Talent Acquisition team (based in Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide), you will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists with a strong focus on building partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.In this role, you will:Lead a team that works with leaders to create equal opportunity recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at identifying, shortlisting, hiring and onboarding job-ready candidates.Identify, plan and strengthening of key talent pipelinesPrioritise work effort and resources accordingly as informed by data and analytics to monitor and continuously improve performance.Determine the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problemsBusiness partnering - supporting and guiding hiring managers through the processMaintaining effective and compliant practices - optimising the candidate experienceExperienceYou will have a proven ability to coach, engage and develop your direct team along with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset and commitment to exceptional service.You will be experienced in leading and coaching team members and have demonstrated leadership experience in large complex organisationsExcellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levelsExperience of Project planning, execution and reporting.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
