Join us as Workshop Lead , where you willplan, coordinate and oversee workshop activitiesthat support vessel maintenance, refit preparation, upgrades andmodifications to vessels and their equipment. You’llguide and support a small team of tradespeopleproviding coaching, training and technical expertise while activelyparticipating in work activities and demonstrating tradeexcellence. Technical, organised and engaged: Here’s whowe’re looking for. You’re trade qualified (preferablyboilermaker/mechanical fitter) and bring hands-on supervisoryexperience ensuring workshop activities are planned,coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, andcost-effectively . You have solid maintenance experience , anunderstanding of relevant materials and classifications, and aninterest in expanding your knowledge of the maritimeindustry. You’re committed to safety andwellbeing —for your team, contractors, andvisitors—by fostering a culture where safety always comesfirst. You’re skilled in troubleshooting andproblem-solving , providing technical expertise andguidance to keep operations running smoothly. You’re comfortable using computerisedmaintenance management systems (such as MEX or SAP)and capable navigating digital tools. You’ve strong attention to detail ,with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keepeverything on track.
