Business Development Manager – B2B (Garage Doors, Commercial Doors, Fencing & Gates) Eden Roc Garage Doors is the market leader in garage door, commercial door, fencing and gate solutions across Western Australia. About the Role This is a pivotal role focused on building strong relationships, expanding new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our product lines—including residential garage doors, commercial/industrial doors, fencing and automated gates. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, account management, strategic growth initiatives, and representing the Eden Roc brand professionally in the market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for builders, developers, commercial clients, and trade partners. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Promote Eden Roc’s full product offering (residential garage doors, commercial doors, fencing, gates & automation). Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders to clients. Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships through regular site visits and high‑quality service. Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, estimating, installations, service) to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Eden Roc at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. What We’re Looking For A highly motivated, energetic and driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, garage doors, or related trades (preferred but not essential). Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong negotiation ability and a commercial mindset. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results. Strong time management and organisational skills. Competent with quoting systems, CRM platforms, and general computer literacy. Current WA driver’s licence. Why Join Eden Roc?
