Responsibilities Deliver a community-focused grants program across various categories. Offer expert advice on eligibility and grant assessment processes to subject matter experts and the grant assessment panels. Support the daily operations of the Community Grants Program. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Community Grants Program. Coordinate the development and delivery of a community training program aimed at enhancing the capacity of community organisations About you Formal qualification in Community Development or a related field. Substantial demonstrated experience in developing and delivering community grants and associated training programs. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant community groups and stakeholders. Experience in researching, identifying, and analysing trends and data, and preparing reports and recommendations for consideration. Ability to manage specific program budgets.
