Business Development Manager Elgas Limited – Blacktown (NSW), Australia | req26334 An amazing opportunity to join a global organisation. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities within existing geographical boundaries and win and secure profitable competitor customers as per branch budget targets. Target and increase tonnage against monthly budgets. Complete and submit monthly reports on due dates. Report on all product categories in relevant branch in regard to margin, volume and competitor activity. Establish and maintain data on the customer information base via appropriate EWS screens. Develop trade allies and ensure they are serviced. Conduct cylinder safety‑training sessions for new customers as required. Develop and maintain records of opposition customers. Liaise with branch and transport functions to ensure desirable service levels are achieved. Co‑ordinate and co‑operate with Customer Service Staff where necessary to achieve goals and targets for respective areas. Monitor sign work, promotions, advertising, etc. to ensure that Elgas logo, trademark and other company identifications are presented consistent with company guidelines and exposure is maximised. Qualifications Two to three (2‑3) years industrial gas field sales experience. Clean and valid driver’s license. Strong sales experience. Results orientated. Negotiation skills.
