What You’ll Lead Build and deliver 3‑year strategic and annual marketing plans that shape the future of (yellow tail) Create bold, culturally relevant communication strategies that cut through in a noisy world Manage agency partners and ambassador relationships Own the development of brand assets, digital channels, and creative that reaches millions Partner with Innovation to help bring the next generation of products, packaging and ideas to life Lead performance analysis, reporting and post‑campaign reviews to keep us sharp and data‑driven Present brand performance insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders Bring energy, creativity and positivity to a collaborative team with big ambitions Champion compliance, brand integrity and safety across everything we deliver About You Degree qualified in Marketing or Business 4+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (wine or FMCG ideal) Proven ability to build and execute strong brand and communication strategies A natural organiser with serious project management skills A confident communicator who can influence, present and collaborate at all levels Creative, commercially minded, and always pushing for better Thrives working cross‑functionally and juggling multiple priorities Why This Role Is Different This isn’t just another Brand Manager job.
