They provide flexible solutions for rapid repair, replacement, or upgrade. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to customers over the phone. Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner. Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database. Handle consumer communication enquiries and provide them with a highly personalised experience throughout. Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client. About you Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player. Ability to think on your feet. Strong computer and systems literacy, Salesforce/CRM experience desirable. You are a target oriented individual who strives to meet the goals set for you. Willing to learn & thrive being part of a supportive, inclusive team.
