This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with C&PI business objectives and enterprise initiatives. Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams. Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms. Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift. Represent C&PI in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations. What You’ll Bring10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership. Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes. Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
