About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for valued mid‑market clients. You will step in to centralise the relationship and take total ownership over the client management side. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for clients, building long‑term trust and insight. Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and translate those objectives into clear, actionable briefs for delivery teams. Manage client expectations regarding communication, timelines, and deliverables, effectively “reining them in” when necessary. Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation and strategic decisions. Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring high quality, and QA all deliverables before they reach the client. What You’ll Bring 4+ years in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a digital agency. A strong understanding of business sales and marketing workflows (Inbound Marketing, lead generation, sales enablement). Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. This Role is For You If... You are a strong, account‑led person, viewing this as a highly transferable core skill set. You possess the natural instinct and cultural ability to “rein in” demanding clients and set clear expectations. You thrive on understanding the client’s business goals and use an analytical mindset to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. This Role is Not For You If... You prefer a split role or hands‑on implementation; the business requires a very strong account‑led person. You struggle with setting and enforcing client expectations or holding them accountable to timelines. Your primary focus is on how to use a tool; the differentiation is the strategic advice. Salary range from $75,000 to $90,000+ Super depending on experience, plus bonuses tied to client success, upsells, and retainers. 100% remote, flexible hours—your productivity matters most.
