We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and suite of products designed to enhance our offering to the foodservice industry, including brands such as Primo Caffe and Di Stefano Coffee. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team, working collaboratively with our Quality Control Manager to facilitate company-wide quality assurance and compliance at our coffee manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park in January 2026. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure that all products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements for food safety, quality, and legality. Your role will be focusing on system-level governance, risk management, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement onsite. Permanent Position Monday to Friday between 8am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities Manage FSQMS of our coffee manufacturing facility (HACCP, SQF, WQA, Organic, Fairtrade, RFA) Lead internal & external audits Lead investigations, RCA, and CAPA Approve specifications, labels, claims & compliance Oversee regulatory compliance and customer requirements Provide strategic direction for food safety, certification, and compliance. Set quality measures and ensure the organisation meets customer, regulatory, and certification expectations. Collaborate closely with the QC Manager to ensure seamless alignment between QA systems and on-the-floor QC activities. Promote and embed a strong food safety and quality culture across the organisation. Develop and deliver structured training programs for GMP, HACCP, food safety, allergen control, and quality principles. Maintain Training Registers, Skills Matrices, and competency validation records. Work with QC Manager to ensure production operators receive ongoing practical training. Lead refresher training for all employees and contractors Knowledge, Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation, and quality systems Experience maintaining certifications (SQF, WQA, Organic, Fairtrade, RFA, BRC or similar) Strong audit preparation and audit management capability High-level written communication skills for procedures, policies, and reports Strong analytical and analysis capability Able to work autonomously and collaboratively Ability to build strong quality culture across the business Skilled at stakeholder communication and cross-department collaboration Benefits of Working with Us Annual KPI's program Great company culture and team events Working within a team who support each other Thorough employee orientation program Reward and Recognition program Staff discounts, time off in lieu and staff lunch days The average time of employees with the company has been 12 years Personal Attributes Highly motivated with good work ethic Attention to detail and methodical Be organised and have effective time management skills Motivation for getting the job done Love a fast paced environment Essential Selection Criteria 5+ years experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing Tertiary education in Food Science Experience and understanding of HACCP and SQF requirements in food processing Experience with Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Right to live and work in Australia You must have the right to live and work in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
