About The RoleThe SynopsisPart Time (0.8) 5 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 $96,138 pro rata 12% Superannuation About The RoleThe Children’s Services Assistant Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care programs across our sites.This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about fostering safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments for children.A Little More About The RoleSupport the Senior Centre Coordinator in leading the operations of the 106 place long day care and integrated kindergarten program at Lady Huntingfield Early Learning and Family Services Centre. As a people leader, oversee the management of the casual relief pool and rostering timetable. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Children’s Services Regulations, and relevant legislation. Experience as a people leader, mentoring, coaching and enhancing performance Competent business management skills, including computer literacy, financial management, and operational oversight, including experience using management software program Qikkids Demonstrated knowledge of referral pathways and supports for families and children experiencing vulnerability. Demonstrated experience and skills required to backfill the Senior Centre Coordinator on fortnightly ado’s and periods of leave. Regular additional hours in to the rostered 0.80 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, families, and stakeholders.
