Coordinator - Children Services Location: Caringbah South, New South Wales, Australia. This is a fixed‑term 12‑month maternity cover commencing mid‑March 2026. About Your New Role You will design and deliver a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service following Y values. You will oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program following My Time Our Place Volume II principles. You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools and charity partners to turn the Y's global mission into local action. You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth. You will be able to follow our development pathway to learn new skills and build your career. About You Y NSW staff love supporting their communities Y NSW OSHC staff are motivated to guide children's development outside of the classroom. Everyone at the Y NSW ensures that we provide supportive service for families. Everyone at the Y NSW is committed to safeguarding and hosting safe learning environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills to support relationships within the team, with families and schools. Proficient in the use of technology and systems, such as Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms. Strong people manager. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Experience of and commitment to being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children. Experience leading others. Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day. Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours. Ability to work in a team seamlessly. Qualifications Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (Mandatory). Cert III, Diploma or equivalent in childcare (Desired). Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
