The company operates within the property investment sector, providing comprehensive financial and administrative support for property portfolios. The role involves daily reconciliations, accounts processing and collaboration with property and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will assist with accounts payable and receivable, monthly reporting, budgeting and stakeholder management. Key Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily bank reconciliations for property accounts Assist with accounts payable and receivable for multiple property entities Process creditor invoicing and purchase orders in line with property budgets Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts and outgoings washup Collaborate with property managers and finance team on stakeholder inquiries Ideal Candidate Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting Experience in property accounting or a similar finance role Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel skills Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail Experience with MRI software is desirable If you think this role is for you and have the required experience, please contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter.
