About the Opportunity A unique opportunity exists for an Assistant Property Accountant to join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in Savills QLD business. Working within the highly regarded Asset Management team in Brisbane CBD, this role would suit an Administration/Accounts Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, eager for a new challenge, with a global organisation. Key responsibilities Lease Administration including processing tenant charges, setting up of new leases and lease adjustments Preparation of Bank Reconciliations Issuing of tenant tax invoices Review of financial reports for accuracy Support month-end and year-end processes Assisting the property accounting team where required Collaborate with the property management team Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures What Sets You Apart Enthusiastic and motivated for a career in property accounting Previous experience in an accounting administration, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role with property industry highly regarded Understanding of accounting practices High level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in MRI property software is highly desirable Must be able to work independently with excellent time management skills What Sets Us Apart We actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
