This position offers a unique chance to manage our digital presence while gaining valuable operational experience working in our venue. Part‑Time Marketing & Content Creator / Bar Attendant Dora Creek Workers Club | Dora Creek, NSW The Opportunity This role is ideal for a current university student studying Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, seeking practical, real‑world application of their skills. Responsibilities Marketing and Content Creation Develop and execute engaging content across all social media platforms (photos, videos, and written posts). Maintain a strong eye for detail to ensure all communications align with the club's brand and standards. Demonstrate fluency in social media advertising techniques and campaign management. Utilize graphic design tools, particularly Canva, to create professional and visually appealing material. Be hands‑on during live events to capture real‑time content, showcasing a positive and proactive attitude. Venue Operations (Bar Attendant) Provide high‑quality customer service behind the bar and across the venue. Assist with general club operations, particularly during peak times, which includes evenings and weekends. This dual role ensures greater working hours and comprehensive experience within a licensed club environment. Essential Requirements Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and be flexible. Key Details Role Type: Part‑Time. Flexibility: As this is a new position, the required hours and days may vary and will include shifts on weekends, particularly for bar duties and event coverage. Experience: This is an entry‑level position designed to provide extensive practical experience.
