Task & Responsibilities Create, edit and publish high‑quality visual and written content across Goldy Australia’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) to attract international students and increase brand visibility. Independently manage and maintain the content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring consistent, on‑brand messaging that aligns with key intakes, events, and services. Develop original and engaging videos, reels, and stories that showcase student experiences, migration success stories, and educational opportunities in Australia. Optimise digital content for SEO and platform‑specific engagement, including keyword‑rich captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and meta descriptions. Track performance of social media and content campaigns, generating weekly insights and reports on engagement, reach, conversion, and growth metrics. Design marketing assets such as digital brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and Canva‑based social templates to support education agent communications and recruitment drives. Coordinate with internal staff to extract client success stories, industry updates, and service highlights for content repurposing. Build and nurture the brand’s online voice, responding to comments, engaging with followers, and ensuring Goldy’s tone remains authentic, professional, and student‑friendly. Run paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, manage targeting, A/B testing, and optimise ad creatives and landing pages for lead conversion. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong writing and editing skills, especially for digital and multilingual audiences. Experience managing social media platforms. Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly regarded. Understanding of international student experience and cultural sensitivity is a strong plus. Creative thinker with a self‑starter attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
