About the Role Permanent full‑time position at Harbord Diggers Club, Freshwater, NSW. You will oversee all daily operations across the venue, supervising Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, Dock & Cellar and Kitchen teams to ensure memorable moments for all visitors. Venue management – guest experience, appearance, security and professional leadership Motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing a strong team to deliver exceptional service standards Talent management and succession planning Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP and Gaming Regulations Co‑ordinating rosters and operational needs Improving service delivery continuously Managing customer complaints and issues Workflow organisation and employee supervision including training, development and performance cycles Providing accurate Risk Manager reporting About You Experience leading daily operations in hospitality Current certification in Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and First Aid & Advanced Resuscitation, or willingness to obtain them Strong understanding of relevant legislation (Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP, Gaming Regulations) Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Computer literacy and conflict resolution abilities Availability for a flexible roster (days, nights, weekends) Our Benefits Supportive and inclusive team culture Free onsite parking Ongoing learning and development opportunities Uniforms provided Discounted gym membership Salary range is $87,000 to $93,000, commensurate with experience.
