Senior Consultant - Risk Transformation - Risk Consulting The opportunity We support organisations to enhance performance and improve through trust, transformation, innovation and risk. We help clients identify the risks that matter, design frameworks to manage them and, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance and management. As a risk, trust and transformation professional, you will be addressing a wide range of client issues in public sector, corporate and not-for-profit in Brisbane, and across Oceania. You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients design, implement and review significant and critical change priorities. This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin – Brisbane. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Your key responsibilities Contributing to teams delivering risk, trust, resilience and transformation service engagements end to end, particularly enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, compliance and full cycle project risk management Planning, preparing and reviewing activities and deliverables for clients and other parties Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients Working on multiple client engagement teams within the practice Skills and attributes for success Experience working for a blue chip, government or professional services organisation as in a risk, governance, strategy or compliance role Project & program risk management ERM design, implementation and operations, including risk service delivery Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
