Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer

Are you a highly organised , detail-oriented , and proactive finance professional ready to be the backbone of our financial transactions? We are re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) Officer to join our team. This is a vital role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cash flow processes. Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Efficiently process and reconcile all supplier invoices, manage payment runs, and maintain accurate vendor records. Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, meticulously track customer payments, and manage collections promptly and professionally. Payroll: Manage the complete end-to-end payroll process for all staff, ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with relevant legislation, and process Super payments with ATO. Banking & Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage general ledger reconciliations to ensure the integrity of our financial data. Credit Cards: Reconciliation and tracking. Other admin tasks: as required. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a similar Accounts/Finance Officer role, specifically covering AP, AR, and Payroll . A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance Officer roles is required. Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent proficiency with accounting software (SAP Business One and HR3 Payroll highly regarded, but not essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions is required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Australian Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen as this is mandatory for this position. Location: Bayswater, Onsite parking available.
