You might be: a strong Senior Accountant ready to step confidently into a Supervisor role, or an experienced Supervisor / Assistant Manager looking for a modern, people‑first firm. You will lead compliance and advisory engagements, review work from junior and intermediate accountants, and help lift the technical quality across the team. If your progress is currently road‑blocked, this is an excellent opportunity to break through into a genuine Supervisor / Assistant Manager role with room to grow. You might be a great fit if you: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Have 4+ years' experience in Australian public practice Are currently a Senior Accountant or Supervisor / Assistant Manager Have solid knowledge of tax legislation and business structures (SMSF experience valued but not essential) Enjoy working directly with clients and providing clear, practical advice Are comfortable reviewing work and coaching junior team members Have experience with Xero and ideally Xero Practice Manager Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues Hold permanent residency in Australia Why Join Factor1?
